What part of the game are you in? If you reached the part where she must eat to have energy, then an option should appear on the PC for her to consume less energy or something like that, that option should be disabled.
I don't remember the name of the option well because I haven't played the game for months, but I remember that once the creator answered this question in his Discord or here, I think that is the solution to the error you present. If not, you should specify more about the error.
(I think it's a simple care/daily routine and checking her condition)
